Open their message and on the task bar, click on: actions%26gt;contact details%26gt;ignore couldn't hurt to take them out of your address book and if you want to keep it put it in your Yahoo! notebook

You should be able to block them. When you open up the email, next to their address there should be an option to block them.

there click add and paste the id there.
Reply:On the top right of the messenger window you can click where it says "report as spam"

In the menu of Message Archive you go to Message %26gt; Preferences... %26gt; you select "Yes, save all of my messages"

first of all u check the settings of the messenger that is visible in the window. there u have audibles tab which u can check . unmute it and i think this would solve ur problem

i lost all my info like id's, paswords and logins, never had a good memory so remember my id was great, in a virus attack and had to get a new yahoo id, about the the only files i have are photos and my yahoo messenger archive dat files that got saved to cd. i tried just pasting them into the new messenger archive file folder but they come out with the text all corupted or encrypted!! help please as they are important to me. thanks steve.

Save the picture as a .jpeg format..click on change display,this will bring up a browse box ,browse until you locate the pic and click save
Reply:open an instant message box by double clicking 1 of your contacts, on the right side of the text box, you will see your avatar or a small icon for picture, then left click on that, there is a box that will appear, click on share my picture, then click on the picture that is in there then you can choose what picture you want to use or you can browse from your pc
